Waiting on a reply to the email I sent them this morning regarding expected time as well as the usual/average waiting time.
Was just curious as to if anyone else had received an email similar to this upon ordering from ECS Tuning.
Will probably play the waiting game to be honest but will see what he comes back with as to timeframe

I'm sorry, but I'm going to be brutally honest here, but that is a piss poor excuse... If time zones are a problem, set an alarm, but you would only have to stay up to 11pm to catch them as they start work at 9am, or you cold get up at 6am and ring them for 4pm there, as they are in Ohio (a quick google search will confirm this).

As for call costs, ringing my mates in the USA from my mobile has not caused a noticeable increase in phone bills (and I am on a capped plan). Why wait for a reply by email, when in a few short minutes you would have the answer you want.

Yes, google does reveal this haha
So it looks like I'll be calling them tonight

    Cheers,

Seconded. Got many good answers and problems solved through the on line chat.
