What do you do????

Hi guys I've recently ordered a Haldex pump from ECS Tuning. They have since sent me an email to agree not to camel or return the order and to wait for it. As they have to order it in because they don't carry stock (although it says the part ships within 1-3 days on their website and it doesn't say they are out of stock).
What do I do????
Cheers

Did they give you a time frame from them ordering it to shipping ?
I've had parts they have had to order In and only took a couple of days extra. But I'd ask the question as to the time frame and go from there.
Ring or email them...

Yeah I have emailed them back but due to time frame differences and international phone bills etc. ringing them is unfortunately impractical.
Waiting on a reply to the email I sent them this morning regarding expected time as well as the usual/average waiting time.
Was just curious as to if anyone else had received an email similar to this upon ordering from ECS Tuning.
Will probably play the waiting game to be honest but will see what he comes back with as to timeframe

Or go online and use their chat feature. I've used that before when I was waiting for parts. Very helpful they were, sorted my order and got things happening.
