Just when I picked up my Skoda in Osborne Park (Perth), I enquired about this authorised repairers business. The guy told me that he is not aware of any problems. Apparently all repairs can be performed at Volkswagen shop down the road. They have parts (at least the most needed ones), manuals and a lot of knowledge about these sort of cars. Again, if you can believe dealers...but he did not seems to hesitate with answer so I am kinda reassured than anything else.
