    Should only need the o-ring and clip if the existing ones are no good. Given the potential age of the stuff, they may be worth having.

    That said, I think the sensor comes with an o-ring anyway.

    For what it's worth, the cheaper generic one you've ordered is probably exactly the same as the genuine one other than a VW/Audi stamp on it - ECS's non-genuine parts are mostly OEM/OES (Original Equipment Manufacturer/Supplier).

    Yes it does come with the o-ring but not the clip, hopefully the clip I have will be ok, will just have to be very careful removing it.
