Anchor points should be located on the cross member running behind the back seat between the wheel arches.
The lap belt should thread through the base of the seat, pull it all the way out, keep it fully extended until the lap belt clasp and buckle are fastened. Once you do this the belt should ratchet, thereby locking the belt to the correct size and tension.
The anchor point harness should slide through a small slot in the parcel tray behind the seat and affixed to anchor points on the cross member.
A word of warning though, when installing the roof should be down so you can access the back of the baby seat easier and feed the harness behind the seat. One trap is if it is a toddler seat and has a high back, this may catch the roof when it is put up or down.
