Newbie intro

Hi all,

Ordered my Polo GTI last Friday, and it should be arriving around the end of July. It's my first VW and my first new car (upgrading from a 2011 Mazda 3 manual), so I'm pretty excited! Looking forward to sharing pics on the Polo forum once I have it.

Actually, any recommendations on tinting companies in Canberra?

Canberra Euros are a good bunch of people and one of the moderators of that site (Johnathan) owns Kim's Car detailing in Belconnen who can do tinting. Some of the members take their cars there for prep for shows.
Boosters are a pretty big group over Australia but also have a crew in ACT. There is a mix of other brands (they don't want the bogan crowds in their V8's etc) of Focus RS's, ST's and a few of the Canberra Euro's group attend their meets in ACT as well.

Up to you where you want to get it serviced, Northside Euro's are top guys and will look after you (they used to own Belconnen VW Centre), Reece and Gaz both race their cars and know their stuff.
