Hi guys,

have had had my tdi Tiguan since 2009 and she's been fun!

but having a 'stuck at welcome screen' issue where the rns510 doesn't boot...

now ow I need to play wiggles CDs for the little one, can anyone help in Melbs please???

Sounds like a software issue mate, drop me your VIN or rego in a PM and i'll have a look.

You can reboot the RNS-510 without disconnecting the power to it (which is the other option). To do a reboot, you simultaneously press the <, >, and day/night button next to the eject button. The screen will go blank and a few seconds later the unit should turn back on and start up. Otherwise disconnect the battery and let the power drain before reconnecting.

I it continues to happen I'd recommend updating the firmware in the RNS.
