The roof crush one is even more impressive if you can find it. The Tiguan basically didn't deform at all and all the windows stayed intact whereas the Kia and the Hyundia had their roofs flattened to the back of the seats with all the windows smashed out in the process !!! There's pics of one on VWVortex that was hit in the back by another vehicle (the Tig was stationary) doing over 70 MILES per hour, the Tig was screwed around and rolled 8 times (I think it was 8 but it may have been 6, LOTS anyway) and in the end it didn't have a straight panel left on it BUT the doors still worked and the driver walked away (he was taken to hospital for observation I think but just had bumps and bruises) !! Guess what his replacement vehicle was ???? Yep another Tig !!!

    Cheers

That is very impressive and one of the reasons to buy the car. It did surprise me that there isn't a (vw) cargo barrier available. When you roll that many times, or just once, and you get a fridge flying into your head.... I have it attached to the hooks in the boot, but that's probably not going to keep it in place in an accident.
