I had Stage 1 and it made no difference to the NVH at all.
Stage 2 has almost no difference to the NVH as the rear muffler is quite good at reducing noise.

The torque arm insert gave me a lot of vibrations at idle or in reverse so i went back to stock.

The air intake gives a nice whooshing noise but isn't overly noticable unless you are waiting for it.
