RNS 510 Displaying black screen, won't eject DVD. Tried to upgrade to version 4120

    Hi,

I need some help. I have upgraded my RNS 510 (B) to 4020_noru today. Everything wen't well.
After that, stupidly, I decided to upgrade to 4120. After putting in the DVD, screen went black and I could not hear DVD spinning nor any other sound. I've waited couple of minutes but nothing was happening.

Since then, everytime I switch the unit on it shows a black screen and I can't eject the DVD.
I've tried to disconnect the battery and using < + > + i as well as setup + eject + i combination but with no result.

Have I messed my RNS 510 completely and need someone to fix it or is there anything I can do?

    Thanks a lot!

    Cezary

Disconect the battery for 10 mins and reconnect and see what happens. Sonetimes it will restart. If not try pressing the top buttons all together. The 2 on top left and one next to eject button....VDUB..

I've already tried to disconnect the battery, but maybe I didn't wait long enough before reconnecting. I will try to do it again in a minute. Unfortunately none of the known to me key combinations seem to work.

    Update------

I've tried to disconnect the battery for 2 hours but it didn't help. All I get is black screen. Any suggestions? Maybe there is a way to force DVD ejection, maybe then I could try to insert a different firmware update.
