The system works fine if I unplug the black box and reconnect it. The only issue is it has a connection issue with the RNS if it is left for over 20 minutes or so.
I checked with VCDS and came up with a couple of fault codes yesterday. One in 09 - Cental Electrics saying something like "Load management intervention", a hard fault. The other is in 19 - Canbus and is "communication error with infotainmnet unit".
I have the full codes on my other computer and will do as you guys suggest and post on the Polar forums. I know someone who also has the same unit so I may try and swap it over to identify if it is a wiring issue or a Polar issue.
I'll also check the connections when the car gets back from service this morning.
