    this is what my spark plug leads look like...


    You can see here the slot in the tool is made to fit the little flanges on the leads


    So you slide the tool onto the lead and over the flange as per these images



    Also helps to spray some CRC inside the lead, makes them go on easier

    would this be the same on an MK4 R32? i never even tried to take them out, but i'd like to see what condition they are in
