Moisture in headlight

Iv replaced my headlight assembly twice due to condensation killing left hand side Hid...both under warranty. Second time however, it took me over 4 months to have it replaced as vw tried to put the blame on me. I proved them otherwise and reluctantly the GM agreed. But it's not normal and if the build up stays for long enough the HIDS will burn out...
