    My mk3 vr6 named 'Giselle'

    Hey fellow dubbas,
New to posting on this forum been just reading comments and never posted a thread about my 1995' mk3 vr6 mostly because I haven't had any money to spend on it. The time has come to refresh a few things on it though so here it is.

It's a white 1995' mk3 vr6 with only 82,000 Kms on the clock now I bought it about 8-10 months ago here is how it sat :

It had 79,000 Kms on it when I bought it from an 84 year old German man who was getting increasingly worse at parking and the car has a pretty ruff body. I named the car after his 82 year old German wife 'Giselle'. The car came with original log books and delivery papers as well to verify the original Kms they were none smokers didn't own dogs and kept seat covers on the car the whole time so interior is immaculate apart from roof lining which has fallen. Only bad part about the Kms is still had original clutch and timing chains haven't been done but they are fine at the moment.

Mechanically it was great until I pushed it a bit to hard through the royal nashö. Started running ruff and loss of power felt like a cylinder wasn't firing properly so changed spark plugs still didn't fix the problems then leads then finally the coil pack and after the new coil pack it runs great. Out with the old in with the new:

Also put in some black fog lights(yet to hook them up) and front grill still undecided if I like the grill:

I got my mates dad to service Giselle two days ago and have realised it still needs a lot of work done to it and upgrades for some fun in the process of sourcing parts of the car here's the list if anyone has any of these parts or knows better places for pricing etc don't hesitate to pm me :

After most things are fixed will look at the body and try to fix all the dings and scratches.

    Things still to do:
-possibly a remus exhaust if I save for a while
    -more lows
    -body work
-clutch feels like it's only got a few months left if I'm nice to it
-sound system cause the cassette player is pimpin but useless
    -20% window tint
    -possibly leather interior
    -wheels
-vento front if I stumble across one (so hard to find)
    -roof lining
-get resistor so I can install my sparco steering wheel
    -front lip

A few shots of what I'm going to get it to look like still undecided on which way to go:

Nice, good to see it went to a good home!
You should get a 2 slat grill, looks way better than the gl one.
Oh and service item 2&7 are the same, no.2 is a big no no for street use, and 8&9 aren't needed if you buy coilovers ! Nice pick on the coilovers too.
Also where did u get your bosch coilpack from ?

No worries thanks for the tip.. Yeah was looking at fk streetliners thought why not spend bit extra for some better coilovers.. Got the Bosch coil pack from a place on boundary road at Peakhurst in Sydney South can remember what it was called was $330..
