$3000 give or take a $1000. Cams if you want some gains, rear main, clutch, gearbox input seal.

Would change headgasket too while it's basically all apart.

Mine cost $1300 + $1650 for new motor + resale of car cause it's been rooted ever since.

oh, I should clarify, not replace them, just re-adjust them or do they just get replaced?
Although I have seen (from online) that a lot needs to come off for it to be done so...

There's not really an adjustment to be made. Unless your tensioner is broken.

Got a replacement from stephen8512 but it's not heated. Didn't know my car has heated ones.
I think I could just leave it unplugged though, not like it gets cold enough here to have a need for heated jets.
Having a functioning water jet is more important than having one that's also heated.
