S or ARC?
Ran karts when I was young. 8-12. At the start just club days and club racing but did some state rounds and a few big meets.
Awsome learning curve. Didnt just teach me about driving/motors but also some of the best life skills.
Karting is like tennis, there is parents there that are more into it than there kids.
I learnt that just because you are rich doesnt mean you can drive.
It set me up with a good competitive knowledge and moving across to MTB was probably more fun and nicer on my parents pocket.
BUT KARTING IS SO MUCH FUN
That's awesome dude, you're right it is a lot of fun and teaches you a lot about taking good racing lines and the like.
I am more looking to be able to muck around in the kart more than anything, but to be able to race competitively you need one of the approved motors on the AKA list. Which of course threw my electric kart idea out the window (along with the price to do it haha).
Low cars look awesome , BUT to drive them daily personally was just a pain in the arse, hence why I went air-ride.
The builds on here have really died in the arse also :( sad days. Couple MK3 boys growing up & moving into more practical cars...or just getting older :/
