    to answer your first question, you can't get kings for a golf. I havent seen a non-coilovered mk3 realy sitting low.

    Good luck finding the right car mate.

    Yeah, thanks for the comfirmation!

    I actually had a look around today for springs to suit, alas I couldn't find any, and there is nooo way in hell am I doing a bodge-job by cutting them myself. So I think coilovers are the way to go. How much roughly for a decent set? I think in this thread someone mentioned a pair for about $1700 or so...

    Evorobin on this forum has gotten a set of Weitecs from the UK for less than $1000. Weitec aren't too bad but are known to be quite stiff.

    They are so wide it wouldt make a difference if they were rolled or not!
