    Wheel vibration on my Bora

Hi all. Is it normal to have a little bit of vibration on the wheel if you have spacer/adapters? Currently I have a 5x100 to 5x130. From Bora to Porsche Cayenne rims

Sounds like things aren't entirely centred.

Are your spacers hubcentric on the car, and are your wheels hubcentric on the spacers?

Yes they are and no movement or play at all.

I'm wondering maybe because im using a 22mm adapters. This is the only adapter i can use coz of the off set. I did check the tyre presure and it's all good. Im not getting and vabration at the rear and I have 33mm adapters on them. So far the whell is balance. but I'm booked in for wheel balance next week just to double check.

I was wondering if this is normal or not with very slight vibration.

if the adapters are both hub and wheel centric, and tightened to the correct torque there should be no issue as it basically becomes part of the hub or wheel.
    correct bolt seats?

so no, adapters DO NOT introduce vibration compared to not running them (if used correctly)

well i beleive the adapters are custom made adaptec, which should be top quality.
might be worth getting wheels balanced again and having an alignment on the car.
have you tried putting stock wheels back on just to double check its the wheels/adapters and not the car

nope but that's worth a shot. I'm booked in for a service next week and I'm getting them balance and alignment.

Now I know it's not a normal for them to get a vibration if they are fitted correctly.

    Only 3 points
    1. Balance
    2. Alignment
    3. Centerd when fitted.
