Yep, the EGR valve motor. The EGR enters through a moving valve, and that's the motor that closes and opens it. Similarily, on the next part down, the "throttle" flap ( not that it is one really ) the motor for this is on the opposite side.
And no you can't just unplug it, tried that. Still nutting that one out.
