Hi All, Have just booked my R36 Wagon in for a 30K service and at the time asked about updates (firmware/software) for the RNS510 as well as maps for the GPS. Got the usual response, i.e. we no nothing!! My question is can anyone please provide the relevant update numbers so that when I take it in for the service I have the opportunity of 'educating' the service people.

You can do the firmware update yourself if you need to.
