The purpose of the warning triangle is to warn traffic that there is a hazard ahead, it's pointless if when you need to rely on one if it blows over and ends up creating a hazard itself.
If that's the one with a code of 14580 it's different to the one that I saw there, JHP says it's pretty good for the price - CALLS FOR IMPROVED ROADSIDE SAFETY : NBNMine looks like this and I think for $10 and with a usage rate of once per 10 years or so, I'm happy to chuck it out after every use. It's imported by Whites Wires (who seem reputable) and has the E in a circle mark on it.
