    Changing low beam bulb on b6 non xenon

    Hi guys got the message in the mfd this morning and now have a warning light is it hard to change understand it requires a H7 bulb. Handbook days to take to dealer?

    If the owners manual is of no use, try Google or YouTube.

    I can't imagine the procedure would be terribly complex - why not have a peek under the bonnet and see if you think you can do it?

    +1 to google links to other forums (passatworld?) & youtube. I do so many repairs to various household items & vehicles using youtube it's a bit embarrasing.

    It's a push-in fitment.

    Give it a twist and a yank, and it should come out.

    Blew my mind too, when I first encountered it, but it is a Volkswagen after all.
