    Another question....

the sunroof dial has a clear plastic marker which I think it would make sense if it was lit to make it easier to see what position the dial is in at night....

Is everyone's like this or has the LED/bulb in mine blown?

Everyone's is like that. Not hard though without looking. Tilt has 5 settings and slide has 7. So just count it. SIMPLE!

Thanks Rocket, but I didn't say I had any issues using the switch at night - just it would have been a good idea if they did have that dial lit up like everything else around it as well.

agree on the LED suggestion and despite being able to count to seven myself, I think the design could have been improved. A simple fore and aft slider switch is far more intuitive.

interesting! Thanks R36 Dreamer - I wonder what their reasoning was for deleting out of the MY09's....

This (no clear "home position") has been annoying me a bit and I'm sure I'm not alone, yes we can all count, but honestly why should we on a car for such price..... I think it needs a "home position" like the dial dropping slightly in the roof-closed position so you can easily turn the knob until it drops. That would also eliminate the need for any lighting as last thing you want to be doing at night is looking up away from where you want to be looking.

Mine has a "home" position, however it is a bit stupid because if you have the roof open, turn off the car and take the keys out, and then turn the knob to the "home" position, when you switch the car back on it doesn't recognise the movement of the switch, so you have to turn the knob round and back again to make it work.

Perhaps Ze Germens (sic) thought the MY09 way makes more sense?

No clear home position? What? There is so... Well at least on mine - it's where the dial is pointing directly forward and the roof is closed.
