I considered retro-fitting a tow bar to my novated lease vehicle a few years back and when I asked the question they refused to re-imburse the cost as they said that they don't allow for modification, other than the ones done as part of the purchase of the vehicle. (I'm pretty sure that this is an ATO ruling)
I recommend you ring your lease company and ask them if they will re-imburse you for the cost of the wheels.

Thanks. I have factored that in. Making arrangements to purhcase the wheels myself and charge the tyres to the lease account. One of the reasons of changing the tyres is it has about 10k km of life left.

Will change them while there are still some life left and keep them as OR factory wheels. I would like 19inch wheels but don't think the lease company will pay for them as it is $400 a corner. May have to stick to 18 inches.
