Yes, contact superchips. They'll give you a code to extract the files from your Bluefin unit to email to them.

I'm having trouble accessing the superchips server. I'm running xp with firewalls turned off. Has anyone had similar issues and how did you resolve them.

Just recieved my Bluefin unit and had an issue with accessing Superchips servers. Had some COM4 error.
Finally got it workig (sort of!).
1. Installed supplied software for Bluefin desktop.
2. Installed handheld flash unit. PC detects new hardware etc.
3. Tried to upload stock map. Did not want to work!! something about COM4 errorr.
4. Downloaded upgraded software from Superchips site and installed it.
5. reconnected handheld flash unit and PC acted as if I had not installed the handheld flash unit before and re-installed the hardware.
6. Opened Bluefin desktop and able to connect to Superchips servers. Uploaded stock map.
Several minutes later memo from Superchips new Flash avaliable. Very fast obviously have standrard maps and this was on a Saturday.
7. When tried to download new flash, could not connect to Bluefin's servers. Same COM4 error.
8. Re-installed Bluefin Desktop software.
9. re-connected Handheld flash unit. PC acted as if never it had never installed the hand held flash unit and re-insalled the hardware.
10. Opened Bluefin desktop and able to down load new flash!!!
11. install new flash in Car.
Anyway it worked!
