If Jamil has gone to Wakelings then good luck getting to talk to him about extended warranty there. I rang them yesterday & asked to speak to Skoda sales regarding an extended warranty. The receptionist insisted that only their finance people dealt with warranty products.... except the finance people were busy & she'd get them to call me back. That was at 11.00am yesterday & I'm still waiting for their call.

In the meantime, Jazz dealt with my call, gave me a verbal quote & sent me a PDS & written quote all in the space of 15 minutes.
