Dealer fails to provide new car documentation: Octavia manual, log book and spare key

Where did that come from and how long did it take? If you dont mind me asking. I got a few books when I picked up mine but nothing like that.

I believe i got it within a month of picking it up.

I second Opie. How did you manage to get that level of service? ??
Colin is the guy who has been dealing with me since May last year. ......
When I was in the showroom in Dec sorting out my "new temp " car, behind me was an Rs waiting for delivery that arvo. No bows or wrapping. ..
I wonder if I will get anything? I have asked for the car not to be pre delivery detailed, so I suspect the velvet cover won't be an option ....

That was back in nov 2010.....must b changing times and raising costs - hard times.

I got the same treatment from Colin when I bought my first Skoda, it was brilliant. Good to hear that he's still there, I was going to email him about ordering a car when I get back to Australia. Just waiting to see the pricing on a Scout.
