    are the Philip Extreme H4s for just dipped/low beam or also high beam ? If they're just dipped beam, do they have a high beam version too ? (so all up about 60 pounds, right ?

    H4's are the main bulbs and are high / low beam.
    There are dedicated high beam bulbs in the headlight too... H1's from memory...
