    HID's

I fitted HID's to my car a while back and one of my ballasts has just sh*t itself. Anybody have any idea where i can get one in TAS or VIC (or cheap postage). Its a 85V/35W RMS output.
The part number is LBM-HID-012003. Its for a H7 bulb.
Any help would be much appreciated.

It might be cheaper to just buy a new hid kit.

Pull the silly HIDs and go back to stock lights, you will stop blinding people and comply to the laws of the road also.

I'm sorry but have you seen my car? Unlike every other d*ck with HID's I actually bought proper projectors instead of the fitting HID bulbs to normal reflector lenses. I also made sure they were aimed at the correct angle so as not to blind anyone going the opposite way. These lights are far safer than the ones I had because I can actually see where I'm going on dark country roads in Tasmania. I have never been flashed by anyone to say they are too bright and I have driven opposite to friends in low cars and not a single one of them has ever said that they were blinded in any way. I am actually aware of how bright these lights are prior to buying them because I did do some research so I went over the top to make sure mine wouldn't cause a problem to other road users. I have sat behind police cars on the freeway in Victoria and as far as I'm concerned, if they dont pull me over and ask about the aftermarket headlights and why they are blinding people, they aren't blinding people. Especially with how strict the Victorian police are with P platers.

I find it hilarious how everytime someone mentions HIDs everyone gets wound up about it ..

I cutomed projectors in my bora wity HIDs aimed perfectly .. never got flashed by anyone .. ever ..

They can be done right .. so please if you happen to have a non constructive opinion regarding the matter .. kindly keep it to your self .. we arent throwing HIDs in the reflectors of our VN commodores

the problem is, with the exception to you and one or two others, thats exactly what is being asked 90% of the time lol.
and after being blinded time and time again doing lots of long night time driving I understand why people get wound up

    exactly.

Dylan: You being wound up with being blinded is the same as me getting pissed off at being told to take my perfectly safe lights out of my car because they are brighter than normal lights. It gets me wound up because people stereotype the lights to idiots who don't know what they are doing...

I know it sucks when people get the ****s with you because you break the law. Everyone should be able to be a able to be criminal in peace.
When I robbed the bank the other day... those cops were so upity. I mean I know what I was doing, I did lots of research. It was safe not like all the other wanker bank robbers. I used a Euro getaway car and everything, no commodors or WRX.
