    Wobbly mirror.

The glass mirror on the driver side was vibrating a bit for a little while and today while driving I noticed that it was actually flapping. I stopped and it stayed in my hand when I touched it.

The mirror unglued itself from the plastic backing that contains also heather element.
I used Scotch double-sided tape to glue it back in its place.

Here is how to take it a part, if you ever have a need.

Remove 2 small bolts (T10 bit) from the bottom of the plastic piece and pull the plastic piece downwards from mirror housing.

Gently pull out plastic surrounding (housing frame), unclip the glass mirror or just a plastic backing if the mirror is not there anymore, disconnect 2 el. Connectors to heather element.

Apply scotch double sided tape to the plastic back (push firmly in) temperature must be 18 deg. C minimum.

Put the two parts together and push (squeeze) it firmly using your thumb and finger, since the mirror is convex and would break if you press it against flat surface. Then push the mirror onto the mirror housing, make sure it clicks in, and use your finger to hold el. motor from the back while pushing the mirror in. Install housing frame and bottom plastic piece then 2 small bolts.

Maybe this post should be placed in the "How to do this & that" section for future reference.
Understand how it works, troubleshoot logically BEFORE replacing parts.

    Yeah, it will go there.
I just wanted to let other T5er's know that if the mirror starts vibrating a bit then the glue is letting go and it would come off. So watch out, since it could be quite expensive part due to the heather element. I also traced the shape of that mirror, so it could be easily cut at the Glass place, obviously it will not be the convex mirror any more.

    That'd be a bonus!!

And thanks for the how to, Transporter.
One of my T4's got a case of the wobbly mirrors, got told I had to break the mirrors to get in there.
In hindsight don't know how accurate that was
