Ok, the wife has decided we will need a bigger car next year. We both agree the T5 Multivan makes the most sense BUT, she is curious about the 3rd row. Our previous Grand Voyager the 3rd row could only slide forward and that was it, if we needed more space we had to remove the whole seat, not easy when the seat is 60kg! Her concern is the T5 is the same, can't fold it foward. Not really a deal breaker, she would just prefer not to have to drag seats out of the car if we need more room. On a similar note, do the seats unclip and lift out or do you have to slide the whole lot out the back? That would be a real pain if it was the case, for the record she is leaning towards the Grand Voyager purely because of the stow-n-go seating!
The sliding seats are possibly the best feature of the MV, the 3rd row can be moved from the front of the seat or from
the rear, it needs to be folded flat before you can move it.
All rear seats are on the track and can moved very easily the captain seats are rotatable making it quick and easy to access 3rd
row.
All the rear seats fold flat sometimes this is the easiest way of getting bigger things in.
the 3rd is bloody heavy and very awkward to remove and store you have to remove the front captains before you can remove rear the is done though the sliding doors.
