    anybody got a pic of a t4 with mk5 gti wheels

    hey guys hopeing to see a or some pictures of t4's with mk5 gti wheels. there 17x7.5

    they look great, so it looks like the offset is just right no need for spacers then?

    No, because they are a 50mm offset we have special adapters (load rated & separatrely engineered) to adapt. They bolt directly to the hub (like a hub extension rather than a "spacer") and the wheel then bolts to them.

    You also have to check the load rating on the rim & tire - don't forget those!

    Did you sort out these wheels out?

    Can you give more info to where you were getting them from?
    (oz or outside)

    What sort of money were/are you paying for the wheels tires and postage?

    Whats the score with fitting them on your van out there?

    Are they ok for the MOT/test of worthiness?

    hey mate , i test fitted them up last night on the van with i was changing the lower balljoints, with out tyres its abit hard to tell about clearances but they dont seem to bad even with out spacers. did you want to know info about the spacers or wheels ?

    You dont need any spacers with these wheels!

    I just woundered about the price of things like this.

    As people know i am (hoping)moving out to Adelaide sometime soon and keep thinking about the bits to bring with me.

    I am going to have a container for my family stuff and might have some room left and need to fill it!
