Just kept the stock air feed and am in the process of finishing up a heat shield that will integrate the intake and the secondary air pump... For now, I just have the stock air feed pointed at the filter.Quote:

Btw, KW make a GTI-specific set of coilovers which have modified FSB locations to stop clashing with the driveshaft, just make sure you order the correct set

I'm selling my other car soon, and part of the deal to myself was to spend a little bit of cash on my GTI, to stop the thoughts of selling it to upgrade. I am trying to decide what best to do. I only want to use around $1000, maybe $1500 maximum. I am thinking tune and springs/shocks? Was going to get some wheels but I would only end up cheaping out on tyres to get them into my budget :)

Giac and KW would likely blow your budget, If I go ahead with KW, you can have my AP's, they will only have about 10,000 k's on them, likely only worth $400...
