    I don't think you need to install in reverse (please correct me if I'm incorrect)

    That picture is correct for the stock unit. the J version has the electrical connections facing the other way.

    Noticable difference.

    I think that it has smoothed out the power delivery and there might be a little more up top too. It's not a 'just chipped' feeling like I had read on some other forums but I think its a worthwhile little mod.
