My car got off the boat yesterday in Melbourne. So now it needs to clear customs and VWA and then make the trip to Sydney for PD. I am actually driving to Melbourne the week after next and will probably drive past it either going down or coming back.
I am confused. If your dealer is in Sydney, the car would get off the boat at Port Kembla, not Melbourne.Quote:

It could be the order that my friend cancelled. We ordered the same time, unfortunately he ran into some difficulty and had to cancel his order early February. He was utterly upset that he had to lose this order having already waiting the same time as I did since November. I was tracking his VIN, since we ordered the same time, it got off the Morning Conductor on Sunday together with my GTI.
I hope you got a good deal for the car.
Are the last few digits of his VIN 199932?
