The official I have ordered/received my new MKVI thread

Well I might not be getting a golf R, but i am hoping to pick up my Carbon Grey GTI with 18'' Detroits sat nav, mdi, and bluetooth on wednesday

For anyone who is awaiting the "queen sapphire" looks like the ship has Been sailing pretty fast.

It's docking here in Aus 2 days earlier. :D

Hopefully doesn't take too Long clear customs and get complied.

The Morning Conductor was sailing to dock a day earlier but is now circling around the bay for a day now. Let's hope your ship doesn't get delayed.

I've got one also in Carbon Steel, such a nice colour. It was the only manual GTI in stock so I took it vs waiting for a candy white 5dr.

I just called the dealer AGAIN. Seems my car that was going to be at the dealership yesterday or today ISNT even in the country as yet. They have finally confirmed it is on the Morning Conductor and given me the VIN so I can track it myself. Update ETA for the ship is this Sunday and then they say 5-7 days to the dealership and three more to me so 20 March maybe for delivery.

A bit frustrating considering I purchased the car on 30 Jan based on the proviso it could be delivered within a matter of three days, not seven weeks. On the bright side I do have their loan car...

DAMN - due into Melbourne on 6/3 then VW need to get it to the dealer.... yikes.

but lucky u have a loan car.. i didn't get one it was such a pain to live without a car for a few weeks!

Just signed my papers on a new GTI today!! (see sig for specs) :D ETA = August/September.
Got all the specs i was after and the price too :)
Very happy right now hehe!!
