Yes the TSB is specific to the NA market and VWA refuse to acknowledge it. But since our vehicles are all made in the same factory and exhibit the same problem, then it's absolutely relevant. It shows that the problem is being taken seriously by VWoA, and by extension, should be taken seriously by VAG globally. I gave my grandmother a lift to and from the doctor's office today and since I was driving sedately and had the music down very low (as you do when your grandmother is the passenger), the rattle was very noticeable. At one point, mid-conversation, she pipes up and says "y'know it sounds like you got a bad tank of fuel".
