    Danny,

No need to justify, some folk are surprised that some so young can be successful and want to be conspicuous about it. Enjoy and celebrate

Iim 29, and have always worked and saved for cars. Not malnutritioned. Just dont blow $200 a weekend on piss as I dont drink. Not a druggy. And have always worked since I was able to as a kid, 14/9 mths! Only last year I stopped full time work to go to university. I have saved enough for a $60K car thats for sure. And I dont work in the mines.

Maybe in 2-3 years when I move to buy a house with my GF, I'll have to cut back on the toys.. But I know people who are teachers, grew up in the western suburbs in some tougher parts of sydney.. and they have their own big ass house etc.. You can do it If you work hard!

The only people I know who are nearly 30 and dont have a descent car, or a house their paying off, or travel all the time.. or anything which is fun.. either dont work, work part time ina coffee shop, or havent held a job or they have terrible spending habbits (like cutting their hair at Tony and Guy for a $100.. when they are a man!! (or maybe my crack head friends)

I guess for me I can thank my parents for always saying to me put away my coin and not smash it on rubbish.. I still live but just have to be careful

I'm 38, married with 2 kids under 10. Went to Uni and since graduating have worked my ass off for about the last 14 years. Currently working two jobs, one full time one part time. House is mortgaged, but didn't cost anywhere near what new ones do now as we made money selling our first house, so in reasonable financial shape.

Had the same boring family taxi sedan for the last 6 years after reluctantly selling my R32 Skyline GTS-t. FInally decided to bite the bullet and take a novated lease through work for the Golf R. Didn't even test drive one, just the GTI as I couldn't get a test R at the time, studied the R for weeks beforehand and knew in the end I would love the R, as would the wife and kids! Ordered Sep 21. Cmoooooon Golf R!!

    Just do it Bockey.
We need a few more Brizvegas R owners for weekend outings.
I cant wait to try out the car on the infamous The Gap-Wivenhoe stretch on Mt Glorious Road.

    Yeah Baby!

It's great in the MPS, but I would love to try it in a AWD.

Let's push average up a little.
Bought my Golf R June 2010 for my 53rd birthday present. Figured I finally deserved it. Migrated from 2003 Astra SRi Turbo. (Wife's car Golf V Comfortline 2.0TDI/DSG)
