I did lower front and rear. Front made a huge difference, rear made. None at AT&T. Car feels much more planted, steady even.
So after the group buy last year, there were a number of installs of braces that I'm not familiar with.
Personally I bought the front upper strut brace to replace the Forge one.
I found the UR design heavier, but much stiffer which is what I wanted to go along with the other stiffer suspension components.
If you bought a brace and have something to say about the hardware, install and results, I'd love to know whats worth doing.

I bought the front upper, front lower and rear lower. I'm yet to fit the front lower as I'll do that when I fit the FMIC in the next week or two.
As for the front upper and rear lower, the car feels more planted and rigid. On the track, I noticed the car moves around a bit less under heavy braking and cornering. It didn't seem to pivot around the centre axis as much as I recall from previous track time. It made no tangibe difference in lap times, though my tyres have hardened so perhaps with semi-slicks or at least a higher grip tyre I reckon the more rigid chassis would become more evident. It does also ride bumps better with marginally more control.
Was it worth the money?? Don't really have an answer, 50/50. As I plan on doing a lot more track days and hopefully tarmac rally events, than yes in terms of improving chassis rigidity and piece of mind given the forces subjected on the car. If it's never going to see a track, than it's a waste of money IMO.

I ordered the rear sway bar and front strut bar
Installed the sway bar first and drove around for a week, it made quite a noticable difference in cornering and body roll, cornering had slightly more under steer but felt well planted.
Regarding install, I put some litium grease on the rubbing parts and used loctite to hold the nuts on, has been a couple of months now, no squeeks or groans and the bolts havent budged which is great.
A week later I installed the front strut bar, one thing i noticed was it added a bit more oversteer and balanced the sway bar out, it also helps hold the front together when accelerating hard in first gear
Both were worth the money imo
