Very nice - thanks for posting the great video.
Nice :-) They're a torquie little motor.
You may need to consider DSG upgrades too though. You probably have a DQ200, which (IIRC) is relatively limited in how much torque it can handle.
Does the problem begin with a strange popping/tappy sound?
I've had some sunroof noises that were mostly solved with Krytox and custom replacement grommets... but there's a remaining noise in the...
I think someone here mentioned that there's some sort of implied (anti-lemon) warranty under consumer law... if a part is expected to perform for a given amount of time, but regularly fails. eg....
In case anyone's interested, @tigger73 is selling a 380mm, 6 pot Alcon BBK for only $2K (was $4,800)

I would have been interested, but just upgraded my brakes a few weeks ago... will share on that channel in case anyone's looking for something similar
Are you planning on a turbo upgrade too?
I have a new one with upgraded billet impeller sitting around that *may* happen to fit your engine.. AFAIK - it's for a newer CB* engine, where mine's a...
I'd love an Arteon in (fast) electric... unfortunately, it seems that the VW (and Audi) EVs aren't really performance focused and are just slow compared to Tesla =( .. VW have also been talking EVs...
What are you going with? How was the sales process and wait time?
Really? So we could technically have up to 271mm if we can make it fit? So that would be 10.67" wide - so you'd want 10-10.5" wide wheels to handle 255-265 tires.
Now, the next question would be...
Nice =)
Is it possible (legal/insurable) to run wider rims in the Arteon and have fatter tires? I'm already having some traction issues at times and it's only stage 1.
Lighter wheels to lower...
Oh, it's a new one? Sorry, my bad.
This is my digital dashboard - tacho on left and speed on right. Is this what you're after?

IIRC - my OBD11 was ~$200 delivered, with 200 credits and a 1 year professional subscription....
I'm keen to know how you go with this - would love to have one that fits my half-modern (2018) samsung galaxy s9+
Would also love to retrofit ventilated seats if/when practical.
Suction caps are an interesting idea.. the mirror is held in with 4x sets of clips on the ring. The trick it to get them to release while applying gentle outward pressure (ie. suction cap). You need...
Awesome =) Let me know how you go. The mirror cap clips can be a little tricky too, but there should be videos out there.
BTW - I recommend a set of plastic trim tools for the mirror removal....
Installed them this afternoon and really happy with the results.
It took around 45mins to do both - I was really careful with the glass mirrors, though they're relatively tough and have plastic...
Ok, so it turns out that didn't happen. Was told the other day that it's on a boat from Mexico - I looked up the boat name and it was currently en-route to Brazil, so guessing it makes stops along...
Is there any chance it's the GPS unit itself? Lost/broken positioning, so the RNS defaults to EU.
Otherwise, could it be a dodgy/corrupted memory module in one of the controllers? - I'm no auto...
There'd have to be a way to hack it ;-)
Now, whether or not it's worth someone's effort is another story..
These bad boys arrived today. I'm planning to install them over the weekend, though the instruction say to remove the mirrors (glass), which is a little scary =S

There's noone else who can supply and code the unit? Usually a lot of suppliers in the UK/Germany.
I'd also be calling Martin at Euro Car Upgrades to see if he has any ideas/advice - they're...
Those are some nice looking wheels. Is there much of a unsprung weight saving over the stock 20" Rosario's?
Are we limited to running 245 width wheels/tires on our Arteon's or will wider wheels...
I've had better luck with price and availability importing parts directly from Europe.. Do you know the part number?
