If the vehicle is under warranty (assuming it is if you have only done 10,000km) then id be getting those lines replaced under warranty.

If no warranty, weight up the cost of replacing the lines...

Its do88, not DO888 - so lets get the basics correct. The core is approx 58mm thick on the do88 and it fits just fine - no need to trim any plastics.
