Evo coating is OK. Like all coatings they do get build-up over time and need to be decontaminated and re-applied/topped up every 12 months or so (depending on your usage).

R-line has (slightly) flared arches which allows another ~10mm offset/width.

You can afford to go up to 35 offset with 9" width on a non-Rline (or +30 and 8.5" width). That's what I'm running and the fronts are just inside the line of the guard.
