The day I bought my new Tiguan in 2012 I removed the RCD310 & installed an RNS510, it was in the car for about an hour.
The RCD310, manual & code card have been sitting in a box since then.

Klms have always been the priority for me. I always shake my head when I hear people say that 100,000 is nothing for a car.

My mates old man just spent 10k on a 2005 Forester XT that has 225,000...

More than half the options (blutooth, NAV etc) are standard on just about every car on the earth.

Imo this is VW catching up.

I cant see vw wanting to be fiddling with compressors, alternators & the like. If its cactus, chuck in a newy.

I would love to know a way around having to step on the clutch to start it as well.. Ive had a quick look in VCDS but couldnt find anything related to it.

Paint protection is really a nice wax job, just make sure you wax it within 3 months of getting it.
