Car is sold.
Sadly, I'm selling my GTI, which I've had since 2012, when it only had 64,000km on the clock. It's now at 148,000.
I've done all of the maintenance on this car, so I can answer just about any...
Cool mate. if I'm driving down anytime soon, I'll send you a message.
These are still gathering dust in the garage. If someone wants them, they can have them for free. :icon_headbang:
I'm running Bilstein TC Sport shocks with the Eibach lowered springs that came with my GTI. Rides pretty nice, worlds apart from the cheap Weitec coilovers I used to have (which also blew a shaft...
Scary story, Finchley. I suggest it may have undergone an excessive number of active DPF regenerations. Each regeneration lets a small amount of diesel into the crankcase, diluting the oil and...

Still available! :javacomputer:
Wheels are sold. Cheers
Still available. Take the lot for $500

Yep, still here. Complete with adapters and bolts/locking lug nuts.
Try some silicone spray inside the guides. Don't use WD40 (any oil-based lubricants could make things worse).
It might do the rear LCA bush with an appropriately sized socket. I got the tool yesterday, it looks pretty decent for $22 delivered.
Awesome, thanks for that. I hadn't seen those particular tools on eBay, just the ones from the UK which are about $90 delivered. I have the Seat Leon Cupra R semi-solid bushes, hopefully the tool...
Hey folks
I'm about to do my rear bushes. If anyone has the installation tool and would like to lend or sell it, flick me a PM. Cheers
They sure are. Still available, open to offers
I used the Meguiar's spray bottle wheel cleaner on my factory 16s, worked amazingly well for the hardened dust. It's some kind of acid - you need to keep it away from the calipers.
I'm sticking...
Price drop, call it $600
Hey folks
I posted these up a while back but I can't see the thread any more. They're still available.
They are BBS RG-R 717, which is a one-piece forged wheel with the following specs:

Bumping these back up, they are still available :calvin:
