I think with timing chain, you don't replace them until they start to get really noisy (think they will usually last for the life of the engine) whereas with timing belt, replace every 60k? or 100k?...
from memory, i think mostly 4WD tyres maybe able to get anywhere from 60,000kms to 80,000kms easy. did heard some muddie last 100,000kms. but definitely not from a performance tyres for sure.
