WTF is a blow off valve. Is the a Harley thing you fags.!
Spot on!
Remap is the go. Done it, low cost, like 10-20% +power/torque.
VW suspension is pretty good anyway & not worth the $ to f with.
Maybe if doing proper racing I'm wrong.
All good fast motors will be noisy & clunky at low speeds, cold start , etc.
But thay go reel good when warmed up proper. Listen to a drag racer when it starts up(ugh), but when warm is awesome....
Manual shts on DSG.
DSG may be quicker on the racetrack/drag, but proper manual for me on the road.
Its about control.

Whatever, auto gearbox whatever type inc DSG in any car is always suboptimal. And expect problems if you hit it hard.
Always best to get proper manual, may not change as fast, but you always get...
I highly recommend C & H Auto (Wayne is the man), opposite Supercheap in Berrimah
Not flash outside, but they are great mechanics, all car nuts. & do race cars too.
Being going there 2 years now...
I recently started using 98 ron instead of 95 ron in my 2011 77tsi
Now getting better performance, better economy, covering extra fuel cost
+ used to get small rattle on startup, now gone.

WTF, Why would you want pops and bangs! Makes you car sound faulty, and attracts cops.
I glued a small piece of neoprene rubber on the edge of the console, so it doesnt hurt my leg there. Works a treat
Take it to a good repairer who has an engine analyser. This should tell them exactly whats going on.
Better to use good aftermarket repairer, rather than VW dealer, but check they have proper engine...
Standard procedure is to replace water pump, thermostat, etc with timing belt. !
As the parts are relatively cheap compared to the cost of getting to them.
Either they have not done this, or the...

I dont see the point of the buttons on the steering wheel, as the head unit is perfectly placed within easy reach.
Fair enough on big cars & trucks, but on Polo / Golf they are quite unnesessary
I like the high torque at nearly any engine speed & the great handling\
77tsi w/sportpack
The thing on interest is that the only difference between the 6.2-4 days and the 5.7-8 days was the fuel. On both the first 2 days it was ethanol blend 100 RON while both the last 2 days were...
