I've never checked the economy, my last car was a vectra and it 's much cheaper to run than that.
I'll need to change the brake pads for the first time since I've owned the car on the next service....
I've got a 97 auto cabrio and had no problems with the auto box. I get the level of the box checked every service. I was told if the level drops thats when they start to get problems. also the boxes...
I phoned camden gti just for a chat and was diagnosed as a dodgy heater core and was told to bring the car in to bypass the dash saving the floor and carpet.
I was expecting to pay 900ish bucks...
sorted.....
took the car to camden gti and the boys in the shop showed me the drain hole in the firewall, opened the rubber plug and woosh out came the water.

I'll have a look tomorrow. any other suggestions while I'm under there? any links to pollen filter cleaning would help.

There is water dripping from behind the back of the glovebox onto the carpet.

I agree . v dub should've made a cr6 .biggest selling car of the 90's in my opinion.
why do you want the car to go faster? You've got a cabrio, drop the roof and go as slow as you can.
just put some spf 30 on before you leave.
