Welcome, show us some photos :)
Lookin' very nice!
Welcome Milan! :)
I have seen a lot of people use the fuel regulator line but why risk it? I would rather tap the diverter valve line.
Or if you delete any of the emissions stuff there should be a free nipple...
Thanks mate :)
It is pretty easy to install. The only thing I would check is if they have supplied you with all the hardware.
In my case they must have forgotten to supply the grub screws to set...
It has been a while since I've last updated this thread. To be honest, despite having not much free time -- with the time I did have I just had 0 motivation to get things done. That's where World...
I did remove all 4 calipers for them to get painted. I also upgraded the rear calipers. However, I did clamp the lines before removing them so there wasn't that much fluid loss.
I'll look into the...
Not sure if this was a good idea or not but I've just gone through an output test for the ABS and I've bled the MC screws whilst it was running. I got quite a lot of air out, started the car again...
I'm using a pressure bleeder, however that hasn't helped much.
I'm pressing on the brake pedal at full force and the ABS pump does not activate.
I've watched Ian's video multiple times and VCDS...
Yep, I have bled both screws on the MC.
Regarding the ABS bleed, I'm in the ABS module and going into Basic Settings -> Group 1.
I'm having issues with my brakes. The brake pedal has no pressure once the car is running. I have bled all brake lines and the master cylinder however this has not fixed it.
The brake booster...
The CBAuto B6 S4 conversion kit. Fills the wheel up so much especially on 17's.
Gonna post some pics up this weekend (hopefully) once it's all done.
There has only been one for sale that I have come across.
It was bagged, 1.8T swapped and had a bunch of goodies and IIRC it was listed for around 12K?
But for your spec I wouldn't take any less...
The car is finally on its feet after nearly 5 months of it being on jack stands. There's still plenty of small stuff to do before I get some seat time and definitely looks like I need an alignment....
The passenger side I had used a 2mm washer on the bottom side of the carrier adapter. Without this shim the rotor would hit the caliper carrier. Weirdly enough the other side did not need this? I'm...
Audi S4 rear disc conversion is done. It should fill up the wheel much more compared to the stock 232mm disc. MTEC discs arrived pretty quickly from the UK and they will re-drill them much cheaper...
It was now time to tackle the rear of the car. First thing up was removing the old hub to install the SPC shims. I decided to go for the -1 camber and -0.5 toe shims. Once I get an alignment sheet I...
The coilover cover seems pretty good but we'll find out how it is underneath in the future. I know this time when I took it a part there was a lot of crap sitting on the threads.
The carriers were...
The past week has been installing all my suspension bits that have been sitting around for too long.
First thing up was to press in the CSH billet subframe bushes. Recently picked up a shop press...
Haven't updated the thread in a while so thought I'd make a post. Haven't done much other than buy more parts but not install them as I normally do. It's no longer a daily car so it spends most of...
Not sure but maybe Sebastian @ Euro Revolution might be able to help?
The radiator fan noise is no longer present as the noise was coming from the fan hitting part of the wiring loom. Some quick electrical repairs and making sure its tucked away has fixed the problem....
Haven't made an update in a while as I wasn't really doing anything other than driving it until a few weeks ago when my water pump decided to die. First time doing a timing belt & water pump job and...
I'm yet to do my timing belt (still waiting on a few parts) but isn't there a retaining pin on the hydraulic tensioner which prevents this?
RPF1's really suit it. Looks awesome, congrats!
