I just went by comments on the UK forums about the options (or rather lack thereof) for internal ratios for the PoD.
I never ended up modding the drivetrain. The ring gear size issue stopped me...
I looked into this a while back and the only option I found was to fit a 6 speed gearbox. I couldn't even find a taller final drive option

Just get some premixed G12 or higher grade coolant to top up your reservoir. Otherwise you need to buy RO or distilled water to dilute the concentrate.
Do not use any other coolant if you're going...
The difference is MASSIVE so I highly recommend it. Plus you use less fuel when driving normally!

The 96kW version never made it to Australia. We only ever got the 74kW version but they can easily be chipped to produce the same power.

That 6R Polo would have had a steel wheel as the spare.
I just buy any oil with the 507 spec oil with proper certification that is on special at one of the auto stores so I have one oil to use with my Polo and our CR TDi Golf.

Yep. The EGR fumes make the crankcase fumes set hard so filtering out the crankcase fumes will leave the intake much cleaner.
They normally replace valves when fitting new tyres. But try a metal valve cap to eliminate this as a possibility.
