interesting that people negotiated a full tank of petrol... the two VW's we've brought have both come will full tanks despite not negotiating/asking... must be dealer dependant.

Took a small chunk (pinhead) out of the back book sill pulling the tent out of the car... pretty noticeable on a white car :( Wife was not impressed

I took a chunk out of the rear bumper while pulling the tent out of the boot.... Wife was not impressed as it's her car..

(Maybe it's karma for the gravel rash on my GTI :|)

For the looks alone yes... i'm not a massive fan of the non r-line version. the R line just makes it for me.

i do this a lot... have it in 'S' mode... but drop the transmission back to D (downsihift on the shifter)

Probably best off talking to the Finance people at the dealership.

I have a pro-rack one that sits on the rails, can’t really fault it... ours is a little ugly coz we brought the trade bars for carrying paddle boards (has rubber cushioning) the normal bar would look...

haha i don't think i had that luxury... i was a grand old age of 4.

I’d hope it would be it shouldn’t be audibly squeaking that loudly after having it for four weeks... wonder if something just isn’t tightened correctly

So it appears that the lumbar section of the drivers seat has has developed a distinct squeak when accelerating guess I’ll be booking it in to get looked at

I’ve had the emergency brake come on a couple of times reversing out of the drive...

As for going forward I’ve had the alert come up a couple of times after accelerating past a turning car... no...

Also did the VW Choice thing too...

Had a fairly decent drive today... is mostly heavy rain through some windey roads... she didn’t skip a beat, stuck to the road like a glove.

Yeah for some reason it just freaks out now and then... the work car park the sensors go mental and there wasn't anything close to it... couldn't figure it out...

The auto braking did save my ass...

hoping to get a decent drive in at the weekend... i think the almost we've had it, i've managed to get in the drivers seat for a whole 20mins... I think wifey might like it just a little... haha
